Customer Journey Coordinator

We believe there has never been a more exciting time to join the team at Harbur Park and Leisure Homes. We're seeking a dynamic and driven individual who ideally has recently graduated from university or has some work experience, along with excellent organisational and planning abilities and a strong work ethic. You'll have the opportunity to collaborate with all departments in a new and vibrant company, which offers plenty of growth and opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Marketing Manager with customer journey from initial contact through to after-sales support.

  • Assist customers in spec'ing their homes with the support of our interior designer, ensuring all details are captured accurately.

  • Be a point of contact for customers, ensuring their questions and concerns are addressed in a timely and professional manner.

  • Support the Operations Director with time sheets and other admin tasks.

  • Liaise with the aftersales team to ensure customer issues are resolved quickly and efficiently.

  • Keep accurate records of all customer interactions and follow-up actions.

  • Identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and make recommendations to the team.

  • Support in marketing activities

 Qualifications:

Ideally you will have some administrative skills and in a customer-facing role.

Excellent planning and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities. Attention to detail and accuracy are critical for success in this role.

Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and also take initiative when working independently.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
