You choose the home shape, the size, residential or leisure and the layout from our Architecturally designed presets, as well as many other options which allow your home to be as unique as you, whilst still reducing waste during build and keeping it cost effective.

What makes us sustainable?

  • SIPS

    SIPS buildings are more energy efficient, stronger, quieter and more airtight than older technologies. Less air leakage means less drafts, fewer noise penetrations and significantly lower energy bills, thus a reduction in CO2 emissions and energy consumption.

  • Heat Pumps

    Using air or ground source heat pumps not only save you a fortune on rising energy bills, but there are a ton of other benefits. Not limited to a low carbon footprint, a no fuel storage is needed and can be used for your heating and hot water. Having these alongside a well insulated SIP home makes total sense.

  • Rain Water Harvesting

    Every home will have the option to have rainwater harvesting. Park & leisure homes are the perfect home type for reducing our water usage. Nearly all homes have a void underneath which is perfect for a tank which holds all the lovely British rain water, and then repurposes it for all grey water uses in your home.

  • A Rated Glazing

    As standard, our homes come with A-rated glazing which reduces your energy bills, helps regulate temperatures, minimises external noise and is great for the environment. A total no brainer and we wont offer anything less.

  • Solar

    H1 and H2 shape homes will all have the option of adding solar panels along with battery storage. In an all electric home, solar panels can power nearly everything in your home and the battery will store all your excess power for the times when you need it most.

  • Recycled Plastics

    Recycled plastics are just as good and contribute to reducing the use of landfill sites and reducing the drain on our fossil fuels. Where plastics are needed, we use recycled where we can to reduce our footprint.
